Darker nougat is the only difference in appearance from a normal 3 Musketeers. 

Flavor and Taste - 7.2 

These smell exactly like hot chocolate, but just taste very chocolaty. I could not pick up any marshmallow flavor. The Hot Cocoa 3 Musketeers taste like a more chocolaty version of a normal 3 Musketeers. 

B: Marshmallow flavor too strong.
C: Nice chocolaty flavor that is not too overpowering. 
J: Smells exactly like hot cocoa. Very chocolaty. Hardly any different flavor. 
L: Definite chocolaty-ness, not particularly "hot cocoa". 
L2: Too powder-like taste. 
S: Tastes just like hot cocoa! I surprisingly like this, and I don't really like marshmallow candy.

Texture - 7.7

The nougat feels thicker and richer than a normal 3 Musketeers, which I like.  

C: Mouthfeel reminds me of marshmallow. 
J: Smooth and creamy. 
S: Feels like eating a marshmallow soaked in hot cocoa. Creamy! 

Aftertaste - 6.6

The chocolate flavor lingers awhile. 

C: Tastes like hot chocolate! 
J: Tastes like a 3 Musketeers. 

Overall - 7.0

This 3 Musketeers variety tastes like a 3 Musketeers with added chocolate. It is a good candy bar, however it is too similar to regular 3 Musketeers to justify purchasing again. Don't worry if you missed out on buying these this holiday season. 

B: I prefer the classic 3 Musketeers. 

J: Not much different. Disappointing. 

S: Good! Better than I expected!
